Post-Installation

Once all three members are installed and online, your cluster is ready to configure. Before you can create virtual machines, there are two things to set up: disk pools and networking.

Disk Pools

The installer automatically creates a System Pool on each server's installation disk. These pools are used for Gallium's internal data and can also be used for VM storage.

If your servers have additional disks, you should create additional disk pools to provide dedicated storage for your virtual machines. This is recommended for production workloads to separate VM storage from the system disk.

Networking

At least one network must be created before you can deploy any virtual machines. Networks define how your VMs connect to each other and to your physical network.
